Overview
Our tour starts beneath the 75m high F3 bridge. From here we have the option of paddling upstream into Floods Creek or downstream into Piles Creek. Both of these creeks encase you in a different world, with semi rainforest coming right down to the waters edge. Wildlife is plentiful and you can expect to see cormorants, sea eagles, herons, Kingfisher, fish, stingrays and much more.
The tour is approximately 10km in length and includes morning or afternoon tea, kayak and gear, guide and transfers (if required).
Location
Gosford (Central Coast - New South Wales)
The tour starts and finishes on Mooney Creek. We are able to provide transfers from Gosford station if you require.
Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.
Numbers
We operate with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum number of 10 people per group.
Session Time
This is a half day tour. The morning session starts at 9.00am and finishes at 12.30pm. The afternoon session starts at 1.00pm and finishes at 4.30pm.
Guidelines & Restrictions
This tour is suitable for everyone except for children under 6 years of age. It is an advantage to be able to swim confidently, but you will be wearing a lifejacket.
Guides are fully qualified and first aid trained. We have all safety equipment and remote area communications. A tour waiver form needs to be signed prior to participation.
