Overview
Take the ride of your life on this 30 minute action packed jet boat ride on the beautiful upper reaches of the Derwent River. Shoot down the wild Derwent River exploding white water rapids between exposed rocks. Add a few 360 degree spins,and you have jet boating at its best!
This 12 seater Jet boat was designed and built in Tasmania especially for the Derwent River conditions and is capable of reaching speeds of approximately 80km/h!

Numbers
The jet boat operates every day on the hour between 9am and 4pm with a minimum of 2 adults and maximum 12 passengers per trip.

On The Esplanade at New Norfolk Via Ferry Street.
Guidelines & Restrictions
For your safety, the driver is fully qualified and the Jet Boat meets rigid guidelines set down by the Marine & Safety Authority in Tasmania. We cater for all ages and group sizes. All gear and life jackets are supplied. Wet weather clothing is provided if needed. You may get wet.
