Overview
Ever wondered what it feels like to fly? Or have you ever wanted to experience the rush and adrenaline of swinging eight meters above the ground and being caught mid-air?
The flying trapeze is the newest and most unique fitness craze, it is great for all ages, shapes and sizes. The flying trapeze is a fun way to tone your upper body and core muscles as well as improve your flexibility and self confidence.
Your experince start of with a quick safety video and a practice season on the ground level stationary bar. Once this is completed each student will climb up to the top of the Trapeze platform where you will have 4-5 swings. On your last attempt you will attempt a mid-air catch.

We are located in St Peters , Sydney. Our studio is located 7-8 minutes walk from St Peters and Sydnaham train station

Numbers
The class requires a minimum of 3 participants. If you are not booking with 2 other people we will place you with a group. We have a maximum of 12 people in our class.

2 hours
Guidelines & Restrictions
participant must be aged 4 years and above. Pregnant women are excluded from using the flying trapeze.
Participants are required to sign a waiver at the start of class.

Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Cancellation Cover. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Cancellation Cover provider.
