Overview

Additional Info
- Passenger health and well-being is vital. We do not fly pregnant women, handicapped persons or people recovering from major operations or conditions affecting their participation. You need to climb into the basket and be able to stand for 1 hour. On landing, you will need to absorb a small impact.
- Ballooning as a sky sport is not without some inherent risk, and as a potential passenger, you will be asked to sign a "Medical check and release form". We operate under the Air Operator's Certificate No. S572815 issued by CASA. Cameras and videos are carried at owners risk. Spectators are welcome.
- Numbers on the day: We have different sizes of balloons and as such our baskets carry between 4 and 16 people.
- Session length: You will be in the air for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour, however
please allow 3 to 4 hours for the entire experience.
Changes and Cancellations Policy
The cancellation policy for this activity is as follows:
- Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
