Overview
This is the Stand Up Paddle Boarding highway! Stand Up Paddle Boarding will be a breeze after 3 x 2hr private lessons. Each lesson is 90 minutes learning and 30 minutes freestyle, so you've got time to let it all sink in before coming back. Get a real taste of the sport before investing in equipment!
Stand-up paddle boarding is huge around the world for very simple reasons... low impact and attainable for everyone. This is your chance to move past 'oh look I'm standing up' and onto bigger and better things!
It won't be long before you are up on the board by yourself. This is a great learning environment where mistakes are fine and teachers are patient! You'll learn so much just in your first lesson, including:
Familiarity with the equipment
Correct posture and position for paddling
A core fitness workout, so you will always be at your best when going out for to paddle board
Our paddling environment, and how that might differ from other environments
Advanced strokes for catching waves and turning
All safety aspects, including safe entry and exiting of the water and how to carry the equipment.
The next two lessons are at your leisure - sunrise until sunset, you choose a time that suits you.

Numbers
A maximum of 3 participants per lesson.
Session Time
This experience runs anytime you like, from sunrise to sunset, November to the end of April. It's 3 x 2hr lessons, so 6 hours all up. You can take the lessons separately or together, just book in when you want! By the end you'll be a pro.
Guidelines & Restrictions
The only condition is that you must be able to swim if required.

Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Cancellation Cover. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
