Digital imaging is the way of the future, due largely to its convenience, cost effectiveness and creative flexibility. We explain the intricacies of the digital world in plain English, leaving you confident with your newly acquired technical and artistic skills. You will leave the course competent to shoot anything from products and landscapes to portraits.
Understanding your digital camera and unravelling your creative ability all at once, you will learn all the fundamentals of this exciting new medium.
During this course you will attend our boutique photography studio for 8 x 2 hour sessions. Sunday afternoon, on week 5 of your workshop there is a 3 hour field trip which covers daylight, sunset and night photography. This is in addition to the studio demonstrations and practicals and will allow you to learn new skills as you shoot. On the final week we examine the best of your imagery in a stunning digital slide show accompanied by music, canapés, champagne, beer, wine and soft drinks when we unwind and say farewell.
