Participant Guidelines
We recommend you wear shorts, T-shirts and joggers. You should be fit, weigh less than 100 kgs and be at least 14 years old (persons under 18 require a parent/guardian's authorisation). 24 hours must have elapsed since any deep water dive. Goggles can be worn over glasses or contact lenses.
