Overview
What could be better than experiencing the rush of freefall from 14,000ft above the beach? Securely attached to an experienced tandem instructor, all you have to do is scream and enjoy the view! Only 15 minutes of instruction is required before the jump, which means it is perfect for beginners.
Upon arrival at the beach front drop zone you are met by our friendly booking staff, given some obligatory paperwork, and geared up into some very funky skydiving pants.
Your professional tandem instructor will brief you on the jump, letting you know just what to expect from your experience. A short bus ride takes each group to the airport, where you will board the aircraft and soar up to a jump height of 14,000ft.
Here the door will open and it is your turn to take the plunge, falling at speeds of up to 220km/hr. A heart racing 60 seconds of freefall later the parachute is activated by your instructor and you float down for a serene 5-7 minutes under the parachute, before landing either on the sand or grass adjoining the beach.
Once safely back on terra firma you will be given a certificate of achievement, Australian Parachute Federation Membership and Sticker, proof of your amazing achievement.

You'll start and finish in North Wollongong - approximately 1 hours drive south of Sydney.

Numbers
One instructor per passenger. We can take a maximum of 60 passengers throughout the entire day.
Session Time
Allow up to half a day. Paperwork and pre-jump briefing generally take up to half and hour. Transfer to airport is 20 minutes, plane ride to height is 20 minutes, freefall 60 seconds, canopy ride 5-7 minutes. Time to wipe the smile from your face - at least a week!
Guidelines & Restrictions
Minimum age is 14 years old. Minors must have a parent/legal guardian with them to sign paperwork on the day. Maximum weight is 110kg, those over 95kg will incur a surcharge. No drugs or alcohol for at least 8 hours before the jump. All passengers subject to tandem instructor fitness assessment.
No alcohol / recreational drugs are to be taken for at least 8 hours prior to arrival. Min age is 14, and under 18's must have legal guardian present on the day. Max weight is 110kg-Persons over 95kg will incur a surcharge of $50. Those over 105kg, a surcharge of $75 which is payable on the day.

Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
