Overview
Experience the Hunter Valley wine region in style, comfort and convenience like never. Boarding our brand new seaplane in Rose Bay, Sydney we'll embark on a spectacular scenic flight over Sydney Harbour. Heading north, there will be breath-taking views of Sydney's famous Northern Beaches, the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie.
After only 35 minutes we will arrive at Cessnock Airport in the heart of the Hunter Valley. On disembarking from the aircraft step into your vehicle, booked exclusively for our passengers and your wine tasting experience begins!
You'll have the opportunity to taste and purchase an array of wines and ports in selected boutique wineries, as well as an option to include a cheese tasting.
A highlight of the day is a gourmet lunch at renowned Esca Restaurant, Bimbadgen Estate - winner of the Best Tourism Winery at the prestigious Australian Tourism Awards 2006/2007. Esca's location offers fantastic views over the Estate's famous vineyards. Lunch is three course a la carte and includes a bottle of Estate Range wine and the option of a free range tasting in the members private tasting room, hosted by a member of Bimbadgen's Cellar Door team.
To enhance the indulgence of your Hunter Valley experience, we visit the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company which offers a tantalising range of premium hand-made chocolates.
Your day concludes with an exhilarating scenic flight south to Sydney, tracking directly over the Harbour Bridge and Opera House before landing back at Rose Bay.

This flight departs from and returns to Rose Bay, Sydney and visits the Hunter Valley. Rose Bay is approximately 10 minutes from Sydney's CBD.

Numbers
This package is for 2 people. As we are able to take a maximum of 10 people in the aircraft, there may be other passengers on the same flight.
Session Time
This is a full day experience, departing at 10am and returning at 5pm. You will need to arrive by 9:30am ready for a 10am departure. The flight is 35 minutes each way.
