Enjoy a 'champagne' breakfast overlooking the Hawkesbury River at Wiseman's Ferry before exploring the river upstream and into the Mountains. We follow rugged and scenic tracks to the top of a long extinct volcano whe our gourmet lunch is served in private surroundings.
