Overview
This fantastic camel riding adventure begins 2 hours before sunset. Traveling through mallee bush land, your 1 hour camel tour will see you arriving at a turn of the century stone cottage as the sun slips behind the Dutchman escarpment. Sip your champagne as you watch the evening turn to night and the Milky Way light up the night sky.
As you take your seat in front of the roaring fire, the candlelight sparkling off of the silverware and glasses, your award winning chef begins to describe the upcoming native gourmet delicacies. Entrée, he says, will be Wattle Seed Chicken Strips, served on a bed of crisp lettuce. Main course includes Lemon Myrtle baked Barramundi with native vegetables. Complete the meal with a delicious dessert of Wild Lime Brulee with Muntrie conserve. Please note that is a sample menu only as menu items change depending on the season but will always include a component of gourmet wild foods. All of this delicious food will be washed down with Australian beer or wine.
After your meal you will be transferred by vehicle back to your departure point.

This trip departs with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 12. Each trip is guided by a friendly professional instructor.
Session Time
We suggest you allow 3.5 hours in total - 1 hour camel ride and 2.5 hours for dinner. This trip departs 2 hours before sunset every Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday. The specific departure time is confirmed following receipt of your booking.
Guidelines & Restrictions
No riding experience is necessary, you will be joined by one of our fantastic guides, so you don't need to worry about anything except enjoying yourself. Don't forget to bring your camera. Your adventure will be more comfortable if you remember to wear long pants and closed in shoes.
