Join your chef, as she shows you how to prepare a range of meat, seafood and vegetable dishes on your outdoor grill, hotplate and wok. Most of the secrets are in the preparation - of your grill, your rubs and marinades, your meats and your produce.
Learn the secrets of great flavour and how to vary seasonings to serve up exciting and unexpected treats to your guests. Learn how to cook a perfect steak, correctly grill fish and prepare mouth-watering skewers in a variety of different styles and to suit all tastes.
Create salads as side dishes or even as hearty alternatives for those not eating meat at the moment. Learn how to present your table with flair and style in a way that will enhance the whole outdoor eating experience. Garnish and flavour with fresh herbs fresh from the garden.
Finish off the class by enjoying the results of your hard work and sampling all the dishes prepared on the day.
Your barbeques will be the talk of the town!

Coburg (Melbourne - Victoria)
This cooking class takes place in Westmeadows, 15 minutes from the Melbourne CBD.

Numbers
Classes run with a maximum of 10 people.
Session Time
This class runs for approx 3 hours. Weekends from 11am - 2pm. Please arrive on time as there is a lot to learn and you want to be able to sit down and enjoy your meal within the allocated time frame.
Guidelines & Restrictions
These classes are designed for both men and women of all ages. People with no cooking experience to a gourmet chef will gain a wealth of knowledge from this experience.
