Hospitality Cooking Classes - Sydney

Overview

This is the closest you can come to receiving "chef" training without locking yourself into a traditional 4 years apprenticeship. Learn about food hygiene, food preparation, timing, food presentation over the course of of 10 sessions of class.

This advance class will teach you, cocktail food, soup, first course, main course (beef, lamb, pork, veal, poultry, fish, seafood and more), vegetarian recipes, sides dishes or vegetables, potatoes, rice, pasta and large selection of desserts in cluding gateaux, tart, cream, pastry, custard and much more.

Classes available on Friday (afternoon and evening).

Students work together in groups of two, preparing 10 courses each week (to be served during dinner within our application Restaurant called la Péniche).

You will learn both traditional & modern French cuisine but also International recipes (such as Italian , Greek, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Russian and more) throughout each term.

This activity takes place in Stanmore, Sydney.

Numbers

A minimum of one person and a maximum of eight people will work with one instructor in the class.

Session Time

Classes are held on a weekly basis, over a 10 week period. You will need to attend one class per week on Friday (3.00pm- 9.30pm).

Guidelines & Restrictions

Participants are required to wear closed comfortable flat shoes. All other equipment and ingredients will be provided. No cooking experience is required to participate in this class.

Class is taught by the Paris Int. Cooking School Manager and Head Teacher who has cooked for Royalty (Prince Andrew, HM the Queen Mother, Prince and Princes of Monaco, King and Queen of Spain and more) and Head of State (President of France, Lebanon and more) during is long career in Europe starting in France then via Luxembourg, Belgium, Greece, Germany, England, Cyprus and now in Australia for the last 17 years...
