Overview
This is the closest you can come to receiving "chef" training without booking yourself into a traditional 4 years apprenticeship. Learn about food hygiene, preparation, timing, presentation over the course of of 10 weeks.
Classes are available on either Friday or Saturday (PM).
Students will work together in groups of two, to prepare a 10 courses dinner each week.
You will learn both French and International recipes throughout the term.

Sydney (Sydney - New South Wales)
This activity takes place in Stanmore, Sydney.

Numbers
A minimum of one person and a maximum of eight people will work with one instructor in the class.
Session Time
Classes are held on a weekly basis, over a 10 week period. You will need to attend one class per week on either Thursday (9.00am -3.30pm), Friday or Saturday (3.00pm- 9.30pm).
Guidelines & Restrictions
Participants are required to wear closed comfortable shoes. All other equipment and ingredients will be provided. No cooking experience is required to participate in this class.
