Overview
Rally driving - you've seen it on TV, so stop thinking about it and do it!
Rally driving is one of the most thrilling motor sport activities out there! Now you can experience it yourself by getting behind the wheel of a Turbo WRX rally car. Discover the secrets of this awesome car, get sideways and have a load of fun on a purpose-built rally track.
Your experience begins with a short safety briefing where your driver will provide a run down of the track, get you into your racing gear and most importantly - get you into the car! Jump into the driver's seat and hit the track for 16 heart-racing laps. Your instructor will be beside you the whole time providing car-control tips and navigation around the circuit.
Afterwards, hold on tight for a mind blowing hot lap, driven by one of our professional instructors!
Location
Norwell (Gold Coast - Queensland)
This activity takes place at Alberton, half way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.
Numbers
You may have up to 6 in your group. During your driving session it will be just you and your instructor in the vehicle.
Session Time
Allow around 2.5 hours to complete this experience, depending on the final numbers in your group.
Guidelines & Restrictions
We provide all race gear (overalls and helmet) however please keep in mind you will get a little dusty during this experience. You will need to wear closed in shoes. Participants must not be over 140kg (308lbs) and not over 201cm (6ft 9 in) tall.
Drivers are required to sign a waiver form before they jump in the drivers seat. We suggest people with pre existing neck and back problems do not participate in this activity. We run year round through rain and shine. Only in extreme rain will we cancel and rebook you at another time.
Extra Info
Self drivers minimum age is 12 years, no license is required. All drivers are required to sign The Off Road Rush Waiver of Liability. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian will be required to sign waiver on your behalf.
Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
