Overview
Your two-day surf tour includes:
* Pick-up and drop-off from your Flinders St Station
* Surf show bag

* Visit to Torquay's Surf City Plaza
On the first day of your two-day surf tour we will pick you up from Flinders St Station. Then we'll take you and your fellow surf tour participants down the Great Ocean Road for two days of surfing and fun!
On the first day you will have two surfing sessions - one before lunch and one after. The lessons are very thorough and your instructors will take you step-by-step through everything you need to know to get you in the water and surfing!
At the end of the first day we head to the Surf World Museum where you can learn about the past culture of surfing and get an insight into the history of the sport.
For the night we will be staying in the popular coastal town Torquay. There are a number of things to do for the evening, from watching a DVD in a comfy lounge area to enjoying a beer at the local surf pub. Or you may prefer to take a dip in the ocean only minutes walk away.
The next morning breakfast will be served nice and early. Then we are off to the beach for day two of your surf tour!
After a full day on the beach we stop off at Torquay's Surf City Plaza. We then head back to Melbourne and drop you off again.

Numbers
The price quoted is for one person. There will be a maximum of 14 participants on the tour.
Session Time
Surf tours depart every day of the week September through to July, subject to availability. Tours do not operate on Christmas Day or New Year's Day. We leave Melbourne at approximately 8am and return at approximately 6pm the next day.
Guidelines & Restrictions
You must be 10 years of age or older to be eligible for this experience. You must also be of a standard level of fitness and have no medical conditions that may pose a risk while surfing. This surf tour is perfect for beginners and for more experienced surfers.
Our coaches are fully qualified surf coaches with years of experience and hold surf lifesaving and first aid certificates. Dinner is not included and must be purchased at your own cost. You may purchase a DVD of the surf tour for an extra cost, payable directly to the supplier.
Extra Info
This experience may be affected by the weather. In the case of poor weather conditions we may need to reschedule your experience for a later date. We will contact you 24 hours prior if your surf tour is to be rescheduled.
Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
