Mezza is about family and friends feasting on an elaborate variety of small dishes consisting of hot and cold items.
Experience true Lebanese mezza dining which ties back to what Lebanese cuisine is all about - abundance and hospitality. In this degustation style class, Norma will teach you up to ten Mezza dishes!
This is a truly unique menu that showcases the depth of Lebanese flavours.
Utilising authentic ingredients which are readily available, herbs & spices, local & overseas produce, and you'll enjoy a large sit down meal at the end of the cooking class.

Changes and Cancellations Policy
You are welcome to send someone to replace you if you cannot attend. To re-book your class, please advise us two weeks prior to the event date. We reserve the right to re-schedule or cancel a class due to insufficient attendees or for unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified within 7 days of your booked class and offered a refund or to re-schedule your class.
