Learn the latest craze in surfing, stand up paddle surfing!
This is a totally fun and new way to experience the thrill of surfing taking place in the beautiful beaches of Noosa Heads. The gentle waves of the area offer the perfect opportunity to try this latest craze.
During the first part of your lesson you will learn the required paddling techniques and be shown how to stand on your board in the still water of the Noosa River. Once this technique has been learnt we head to Noosa's main beach (located only 50 meters away) where you will enjoy the thrill of riding waves on your specially designed paddle board.

This is a private lesson with you and your instructor.
Session runs at 11.15am every day and run for 1 hour. You will be required to fill out a registration and insurance form prior to commencing this activity.
You will need to have a basic level of fitness and balance as you will be standing and paddling on your board in an upright position. It's also suggested that you have at least a basic level of swimming ability. This activity is available to those aged 16 years and older.
