Overview
In a word, microlighting is freedom! Freedom to escape the mundane routine of life, the traffic jams, the confines of conventional flying.
There's no need for all the facilities of larger aeroplanes, the training or qualifications for a full private pilots licence, or a huge bankroll to pay for it!
Come along for a training and introductory flight and enjoy this fabulous experience on the New South Wales Central Coast. The flight will be taken with a qualified flying instructor in a two person microlight. The controls and procedures will be explained to you before you commence the take off.
During the flight, if you wish, you may take control, subject to weather and conditions being suitable. Also if you have a preferred area you wish to fly to, we will try to accommodate this, subject to height and operating limits.
In the air the views are breathtaking, skimming past the clouds, flying high, swooping down, simply unwinding and watching the ground slide by, the sense of freedom is complete. Without an enclosed cockpit and complicated control systems, you become part of the machine.
Location
Terrigal (Port Macquarie and Central Coast - New South Wales)
This flight takes place in the Central Coast, approximately 1.5 hours drive from Sydney.

Numbers
This amazing experience is a one on one with the instructor.
Session Time
You will be involved for approximately 1.5 hours from arriving to leaving. Actual flight time is approximately 60 minutes.
Guidelines & Restrictions
The minimum age of participants is 14 years and the maximum weight is 100kg.
It is a requirement that indemnity forms are signed prior to flying. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst taking this flight.

As this is a one on one experience bookings are extremely limited and subject to the weather being suitable.

Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
