Overview

Come with us on our ultimate full day 4 wheel drive experience and discover one of the world's most spectacular coastal drives in a new light. Highlights of this tour include:

* Pass through the beautiful waterfront and harbour of Geelong, Victoria's second largest city.

* Stop for a delicious breakfast (included) at Torquay - "surf coast" capital.

* Travel through Anglesea Heath down to Aireys Inlet, the place where the cliffs meet the ocean and the forest meets the sand.

* Drive through the popular seaside town of Lorne with its flat and wide sandy beaches.

* Journey through Angahook - Lorne State Park along the spine of the Otway Ranges and see some of the finest coastal timbered hill country in Victoria.

* Look for cuddly koalas in the wild, sleeping in the gum trees along the roads through the Otway State Park

* Relax at Lavers Hill, the highest point on the Great Ocean Road, while enjoying a lunch with tea or coffee and a glass of wine.

* Imagine walking back millions of years in time through the rainforest and enjoy a delightful walk amongst the beautiful tree ferns and myrtle beech.

* Visit Cape Otway Lighthouse perched on the western entrance to Bass Strait and once the longest continuous operating light on the Australian mainland.

* Travel along the "Shipwreck Coast" and hear the stories of the many ships that came to grief on the reefs along this stretch of coastline.

* Enter Port Campbell National Park and see the famous Twelve Apostles, towering limestone stacks with wild waves crashing at their bases, as they dominate the spectacular coastline near Port Campbell.

* Head back to Melbourne via the townships of Colac and Winchelsea.
