Overview
For the ultimate in surfing instruction, why not get your own personal coach? Private lessons are great for those wanting lots of feedback, for friends looking to learn on their own, or for those wanting advanced or specific instruction not found in our standard group classes.
With a private lesson, the sky's the limit. Plus with a dedicated male or female instructor, you're bound to learn at your fastest-possible pace. Whatever your individual needs, we'll be happy to do our best to meet them.
The techniques we teach are customised for you -anything and everything, from beginner to advanced moves. It's up to you!

Numbers
You and your own personal instructor /surf guide! If you prefer, you can opt to have up to 5 people (you and 4 friends) with your own instructor. Each additional group member only pays $80.
Session Time
This is a 1.5 hour lesson. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time.
Guidelines & Restrictions
All of our classes are run by our male and female coaches - fully accredited by Surfing Australia and Surf Life Saving Australia - who will help you learn quickly, while making sure you are as safe and comfortable in the water as possible. Please wear swimmers. Bring towel and suncream.
We want to make sure that you have the best experience possible out there in the surf. That's why we don't just give you a team of expert surfers to learn with, but we also make sure our instructors can convey their knowledge through strong teaching skills - not to mention that they also have superior safety training.
Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
