Overview
The adventure starts when we meet you in Melbourne and drive to the climbing site. A safety briefing and description of rock climbing and abseiling equipment will then be provided by our experienced guides.
Then the fun really begins as we 'harness up' and go to the first site for instruction in abseiling, rock climbing and belaying techniques. After lunch (included) the group moves onto the second site where the rock climbing and abseiling, including 'rap jumping', continues.
Everybody in the group is guaranteed to abseil and rock climb more than just a few turns, as we are not satisfied until you are! We will then all return to Melbourne arriving back at approximately 5.30pm.

We provide transfers to and from Melbourne and travel out to the designated site. Alternatively, you can meet us at the site - details provided after you have made your booking.

Numbers
There will be 1 instructor per 6 climbers. This adventure requires a minimum of 4 climbers to operate.
Session Time
This is a full day of adventure starting at 8:15am to 5:30pm. We depart Melbourne for a 1 hour drive to our chosen climbing site. A lunch break is scheduled for 12:30 - 1:30pm - and the rest of the day is spent climbing the cliffs!
Guidelines & Restrictions
This activity requires an average fitness levels. Please bring a pair of comfortable shoes with a good sole for climbing (eg sneakers with a smooth sole such as Dunlop Volleys are perfect). We also suggest a waterproof jacket, peaked hat & long pants/track suit pants (denim jeans not suitable).

Children 16 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Children younger than 11 years are not recommended in this activity
