Enjoy the wonders and famous sights of Sydney Harbour in the most unique and exciting way. Our three hour scheduled sailings provide a thrilling opportunity for sailing enthusiasts and non-sailors alike, to join us onboard this stunning, 75 foot match racing yacht.
'Spirit' is provided with a small crew of professionals and a skipper, and guests may participate in the sailing as much or as little as they wish. No sailing experience is necessary!
Designed, built and skippered by Iain Murray for the 1992 Challenge in San Diego, Spirit is an awesome spectacle carrying a sail area almost twice that of the previous America's Cup 12 Metre yachts.
Upon boarding the yacht in Pyrmont Bay, you will be welcomed with a comprehensive safety briefing by our crew, then we motor out under the harbour bridge, hoist the sails and head up Sydney Harbour towards Manly.
Guided by our professional crew, you are welcome to participate in all aspects of sailing this magnificent yacht as much or as little as you wish! During the sailing an afternoon tea of gourmet sandwiches, fruit and soft drinks is provided. There will be plenty of photo opportunities as we pass all the famous Sydney harbour icons - so feel free to bring along your camera.
Sydney (Sydney - New South Wales)
This activity commences in Pyrmont Bay and sails around the main part of Sydney Harbour, generally up towards Manly. The boat does not go outside the heads but remains within the harbour for the duration of the sailing. After the 3 hour sailing guests disembark back at the Casino Wharf.

There will be a crew of 5 professional yachtsmen onboard to guide and assist all guests 'Spirit' requires a minimum of 12 guests to operate. We can comfortably take up to 30 guests.
Cruises operate Friday Afternoons, Saturday Mornings and Saturday afternoons. Mornings: Depart 9:30am and Return 12:30pm Afternoons: Depart 1:30pm and Return 4:30pm Please be at the wharf a minimum of 15 minutes prior to departure time so that you are ready to board when the boat pulls in.
All guests must be able to move freely without assistance. Unfortunately Spirit is not wheelchair accessible. Please wear non-marking, soft-soled shoes. It's also a good idea to bring a jumper or jacket and sunglasses.
'Spirit' requires a minimum number of 12 guests for each sailing. Guests will be required to sign an 'Acceptance of Risk' form prior to boarding. Please wear non-marking, enclosed soft soled shoes (such as most running or walking shoes).
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
