Overview
During this 70 minute scenic helicopter flight take in the wonders of Magela Gorge, Dinosaur Valley, the Mikinj Valley, East Alligator River, Magela Wetlands and the magical Jim Jim and Twin Falls. This flight departs during the Wet Season (December to April) Please see our other listings for flights departing in the dry season (May - November) Kakadu National Park and neighbouring Arnhem Land is a vast panorama of changing landscapes - ancient sandstone plateau, dramatic escarpments, trapped waters and rivers, billabongs, floodplains, forest and all things between. The famous Jim Jim Falls and Twin Falls are not to be missed on a visit to the Northern Territory. The Jim Jim falls are higher than the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Twin Falls are twice the height of the Statue of Liberty. You'll have to see it to believe it! See areas that can only be discovered by air. Many parts of the Kakadu National Park are wet and rocky terrain making them inaccessible by road. A scenic flight over the park allows you to take in these hidden sights and provide views that will forever change your perception of this timeless land. Even if you travelled every road and track in Kakadu you would still only see 1% of the park. Why not see a whole lot more from this scenic perspective. Many say the best way to see Kakadu is from above to really appreciate the size and wonders of this national park. For the more adventurous there's even the option to fly with the doors on or off - it's one experience you won't forget!

This flight departs from Jabiru - this is a 2.5 hour drive south of Darwin and is situated within Kakadu National Park.

This flight can requires a minimum of 2 adults to take place. We can take a maximum of 3 passengers per helicopter.
Session Time
This is a 70 minute flight. This flight only operates during the Wet season (December to April). You will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your allocated departure time.
Guidelines & Restrictions
On this flight we provide you with the option to fly with the doors on or off (depending on how adventurous you feel!). Please note however that this option is a the pilot's discretion, depending on the conditions of the day and areas covered during the flight.
Booking Insurance
