Overview
Join us for a full day where you'll learn to fly fish and see how easy it can be, right here in Sydney. Our workshops are designed to teach you the important basic skills to get you fly fishing successfully in freshwater or saltwater.
In this workshop we cover the following subjects:
* clothing and equipment
* how to set up your equipment, for example: knots, leaders and lines.
* Casting theory and practice and line handling with casting sessions conducted outdoors (on grass).
All equipment and materials plus course notes are supplied.

Balgowlah (Sydney - New South Wales)
Seaforth Bowling Club, Kirkwood Street, North Seaforth, NSW. Further details will be emailed once your booking is received.

A minimum of 2 people, maximum 6.
Session Time
6 hours indoors and outdoors, (9am-4pm).
Guidelines & Restrictions
The cost includes includes morning and afternoon tea. On the day please bring your lunch, a broad brimmed hat sunscreen and wet weather gear if required. You need to be of average fitness. Children must be a minimum age of 13 years old and must be accompanied by an adult.
Bring a broad brimmed hat, sunscreen and wet weather gear. Equipment is supplied on a replace if broken or lost basis.
NB: casting with Graphite rods is dangerous during electrical storms, casting session will be cancelled in the event of a storm.
