Overview
Experience a hot stone massage therapy and feel completely relaxed in both your mind, body and spirit.
This 90 minute treatment will take you into a deep sense of relaxation. Allow all of your tension to melt away as the volcanic stones are massaged over your body.
Hot Stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage whereby the heat helps to release tight muscles.
The therapist uses traditional strokes of Swedish massage while holding a heated stone. As the stone cools, the therapist replaces it with another. The therapist might also leave heated stones in specific points along your spine, or in the palms of your hand to improve the flow of energy in your body.
The stones are placed on special areas of the body which have been pinpointed to bring total relaxation to your entire being.

This treatment takes place in our day spa, conveniently located in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

Session Time
This is a 90 minute treatment. Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your allocated time. We are open Monday to Friday (10am to 7pm) and Saturday (10am to 4pm). We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
Guidelines & Restrictions
If you have a medical condition, allergies or very sensitive skin, please inform us prior to your massage. We provide robes whilst you are undertaking your treatment. This treatment is only available to those aged 16 years and above.
Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
