A one hour lesson to teach the basic belly dancing movements and including a warm-up and stretching. No prior experience is necessary and the class is suitable for women of all ages. Learn shimmies, isolations and how to move in a sensual, feminine way.

This is an activity for women only. All ages are welcome. Women with serious back, neck or pelvic conditions are not recommended to do this class. Pregnant women are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing - exercise pants or an elastic waisted skirt are best and a stretchy top. There is no need to show your belly if you choose not to. No shoes are required as this is a bare-foot dance form. Hip-scarves are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own.
