HIGHLIGHTS:
As you depart Melbourne, drive past the National Tennis Centre, Entertainment Centre & Olympic venues, while driving alongside the Yarra River - the dividing line between the contrasting suburbs of Richmond and South Yarra. Driving south-east from Melbourne along Westernport Bay, enjoy a short introductory video entitled "The Little Penguin" and see panoramic views of French Island. Drive through San Remo - maritime fishing village and gateway to Phillip Island - home for one of the largest colonies of Little Penguins.
Witness the natural phenomenon of the Penguin Parade on floodlit Summerland Beach and see penguin rookeries as you walk on an elevated boardwalk. Inspect the Visitors Information Centre - an opportunity to learn about the life of the Little Penguin as you walk through the "Penguin Experience." During your evening return to Melbourne a panoramic Victorian video feature will be screened.

This tour departs from Melbourne in the late afternoon/evening and travels to the Penguin Parade at Phillip Island before returning to Melbourne at night.

Fare Includes: Entrance to Penguin Parade, on-coach videos, upgrade to Penguins Plus - a premium viewing area and complimentary drink Please bring warm, waterproof clothing as nights can be cold on the island in any season. The Penguin Parade is a natural phenomenon taking place in the open outdoors. During winter this tour departs at 3.15pm and returns 9.00pm approx. During summer this tour departs at 5.00pm / 5.30pm and returns 11.30pm approx.
