We meet at your hotel or advise you of the meeting location before first light (you will be advised of the exact time the evening before your flight).
Your pilot will give you a short briefing and you will then be transported to the launch site where you may help with the launch, or stand back and take pictures. Then away we go, drifting gently over the city of Melbourne in our beautiful balloon. Your flight will last for approximately 1 hour.
Afterwards we make our final landing, pack the balloon away. As an optional extra, we also offer a traditional Champagne breakfast at the Hilton hotel after the flight (this can be arranged after booking).

Please note we require a minimum of 7 passengers for this flight to take place. We can take up to 50 passengers per day.
Approx 4 hours in total from check in to the optional champagne breakfast celebration (the flight itself is 1 hour.) Start times are 1 hour before sunrise & vary depending on the weather and seasons eg Summer (4am - 4:30am) and winter (6am - 7am). Exact times are confirmed the night before.
Minimum fitness level required. Passengers need to be able to climb into the basket, and stand for the hour's flight. We will need to be informed of someone has a medical condition that may preclude them from flying e.g a back problem. We do not fly ladies who are more than 12 weeks pregnant.
Casual comfortable clothing (Jeans and sneakers). Shoes must be flat no high heels or open toed shoes permitted. Waterproof is preferrable. In the case of windy, wet miserable weather the flight is cancelled at the pilots discretion.
Child rate is valid for those aged 6 years to 12 years of age.

Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
