Overview

Melbourne is set around the shores of Port Phillip Bay; the perfect backdrop for an early morning ballooning flight over Australia's second largest city.

Get a birds' eye view as your hot air balloon is piloted over Melbourne's landscape by an expert crew. Depending on the winds, you may fly over the CBD, or head over the inner suburbs, parks and gardens to discover why Melbourne is labeled the Garden State.

Your balloon flight adventure starts around an hour before sunrise, where your pilot will give you a short safety briefing.

You will then be whisked off to the launch site where you will be encouraged to get hands-on and help set up the balloon for take off, or you can simply stand back and take pictures as the balloon is prepped for launch.

Then away you go, floating gently over the city of Melbourne on a one hour peaceful yet exhilarating adventure.

After you make your final landing, you have the option to head over to Hilton on the Park where you can celebrate your adventure over a delicious 5-star full buffet champagne breakfast for an additional $25 payable on the day.

Changes and Cancellations Policy

The cancellation policy for this activity is as follows:

  • Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
  • Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
  • Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.

If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
