Overview
It's time to take command of your own B737-800, the world's most popular jet airliner flying today - right in the heart of the Gold Coast at Surfers Paradise.
We are the only CASA (Civil Aviation and Safety Authority of Australia) certified flight simulator available for the general public. This means anyone can fly this simulator that is also used by commercial & current airline pilots for their instrument training and type ratings.
On arrival at our 737 flight simulator you will attend a short, detailed briefing before stepping into the simulator, ready for your flight.
During this experience, you will fly the jet liner over a scenic airport of your choice sitting in the captain's chair in front of a true-to-life scale flight simulator. You can choose from one of the 22,000 worldwide airport locations to depart from.
Afterwards you will advance the throttle and bring the enormous simulated jet engines to full thrust! You have full control of many of the systems on board the 737 jet liner, and all at the touch of a finger from inside the cockpit!
At all times during the flight, your instructor, an experienced pilot, will be sitting next to you and will ensure you have an exciting and realistic experience.
On final approach to your airport you will gently bring the jetliner back to the ground, ending your journey.

Numbers
The price quoted is for one person. You will be one-on-one with your instructor during your simulated flight. You are more than welcome to bring along 2 passengers on board free of charge.
Session Time
There will be a short introductory safety briefing before you spend 30 minutes in the flight simulator.
Guidelines & Restrictions
You will need to be 12 years old and over to participate in this experience.
Extra Info
FREE Parking (if required) is available under the Q1 Building off Hamilton Avenue. Go down the driveway, take the left hand entrance & the parking is clearly labelled Q1 Retail Customer Parking on the right hand wall. TIP: There are also two (2) jump seats behind the pilot, so two persons can observe the flight at NO additional cost!
Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
