WHAT'S INCLUDED:
* Pre-flight briefing just before dawn
* Preparation of balloon as it inflates/photos of it

NOT INCLUDED:
* Full-buffet breakfast at Rydges Capital Hill is optional and can be paid on
the day - $22 per adult, $11 for kids up to 12 years.
* Special "eye in the sky" photos are taken with a remote controlled camera
from outside the basket during your flight and are available to purchase on
the day.

We fly daily (weather permitting) over the 'garden city' of Canberra, Australia's national capital. It's a unique opportunity to see Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra 's city centre and major public landmarks from the air. Courtesy transfers are available from you Canberra hotel.

Numbers
Our balloons carry from 6 to 14 passengers. We can carry up to 30 on one flight. We operate with a minimum of 6 - so be prepared to meet other adventurers. For your comfort and safety and to guarantee a great view our baskets are divided into sections each holding several passengers.
Session Time
Total time is approx 4 hours. Full briefing is given by the pilot before your flight. The actual flight time about one hour. Helping prepare and pack up the balloon is fun and part of the experience. Early morning coffee and transport to and from the flight is included.
Guidelines & Restrictions
Children from 6 years and reasonably fit adults of all ages are able to fly. Our crew can assist you in and out of the basket. You must be able to stand for one hour. Not recommended if you are pregnant, have significant back or hip problems, or have had a recent operation.
Passengers must complete a Registration, Medical Check and Release before flying. Non-flying family and friends are welcome to follow in their own transport, and purchase breakfast if they wish. Pilots and balloons are fully licensed by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
Extra Info
Not recommended if you are pregnant, have significant back or hip problems, or have had a recent operation. Our crew will assist you in and out of the basket. You must be able to stand for one hour. Camera/video are welcome at your risk. Child rate applies to those aged 6-12 years. Children 3-5 years travel for free. Discounts available for groups of 8, students, pensioners, seniors, YHA members and defence.
Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Cancellation Cover. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Cancellation Cover provider.
