Your exquisite journey back in time commences from the luxurious Sebel Resort and Spa, Hawkesbury Valley, with pre-dinner drinks and canapes within the Barracks Bar, prior to boarding your awaiting Carriage. Enjoy either a three or five course gourmet a la carte dinner on-board as we take you through the picturesque streets and parks of Australia's third settlement town, passing by some of our nation's oldest and finest buildings.
Seating 8 guests (in air-conditioned comfort), the fully enclosed carriage boasts a charming olde worlde ambience with a combination of velvet, lace, brass and antique fittings.
Clydesdales Restaurant provides the perfect venue where you can enjoy a safe, fun and private event where 'letting your hair down' is mandatory!

The carriage contains four tables, each seating two guests.
Booking Times can be varied to suit your Group, however, the standard meeting time is 7:00pm at the Resort for a 7:30pm departure. The Sebel is located at 61 Hawkesbury Valley Way, Windsor and we meet in the main reception.
Our only suggestion is to wear comfortable footwear (no stillettos!) as we may take you on a guided tour by torchlight through the nearby St Matthew's cemetary - but only if you dare!
Price includes exclusive use of Restaurant, 3 or 5 Course Gourmet A La Carte Dinner for up to eight guests and complimentary champagne, wine (red and white), beer, soft drink and juice throughout the three hour event.
