The kayak tour begins on the beach with a brief on paddling technique, safety and fitting of kayaks and safety vests. Kayak styles will vary and include both enclosed and sit-on-top double and single kayaks, all of which are top quality touring class kayaks, equipped with rudders and plenty of storage space.
With an experienced and knowledgeable guide accompanying you, you'll paddle across the bay, along beaches and into the surrounds of the Royal National Park. During the tour, we will stop at select points along the way where your guide will talk about the history and wildlife of the area.
Half way through the paddle, we stop for a break, swim and a leg stretch at one of the many secluded beaches or grassy patches in the National Park. Enjoy a light, sweet morning tea and hot drink before paddling back to base.

This kayak trip takes place in Bundeena - a 50 minute drive from central Sydney.

The price quoted is for one person. There will be up to 13 other participants in the group on the day. The tour needs a minimum of 4 participants to go ahead.
This experience runs every Sunday morning at 9.30am. For groups of 3 or more we are able to run tours on other days and times. The experience takes between 2 and 3 hours including briefing, paddling and breaks. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
Plan to get a bit wet from splashes. Wear a t-shirt and shorts/long pants and a beanie/sun hat depending on the weather. Pack a warm jacket. Joggers, sandals or booties are ideal. Please bring a dry change of clothes on the day.
Staff are fully qualified with First Aid, Australian Canoeing Accredited Kayaking Award.
Participants are required to complete an indemnity form prior to departure.
