Days 1-11

Departing from Ellis Beach north of Cairns travelling via the Daintree we visit famous places such as Cooktown, Archer River, Weipa just to name a few, we then travel along the Old Telegraph Line encounter several very challenging river crossings and finally make camp at the Jardine River on day 10 of our tour.

We now have only a short drive to Seisia where we will make our camp for a few nights. From Seisia we finally tackle the last few kilometers to Pajinka from there we will walk the last few hundred meters to our final Destination. - The Tip of Cape York, the most northerly point of mainland Australia!

Days 12-18

Day 12 is a rest day in Seisia allowing plenty of opportunity for sightseeing, restocking your car, fishing, or just relaxing before our celebration dinner, Day 13 is one of the biggest highlights of our tour which is the ferry trip and bus tour of Thursday Island. We depart Seisia on day 14 travelling southwards along the Old Telegraph Line (this is along tracks that we have not yet traversed) where we visit places such as Cockatoo Creek and the infamous “Gunshot Creek” crossing.
