Overview

The Flying Trapeze workshop begins with a light stretch before being taught a trapeze trick on a low practice bar. Participants then move on to the flying trapeze where they practice the trick. Once the trick is mastered, participants will attempt to be caught by the catcher. Trampoline skills will also be taught which participants can practice throughout the class. The workshop has live video recording which has instant play back so particpants can see what they look like fying through the air. The workshop finishes with a cool down and stretch.

Workshops have a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 people.

Session Time

The Flying Trapeze Workshop is 2 hours. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class to allow time to fill out forms.

Guidelines & Restrictions

Flying Trapeze is suitable for everyone aged 6 years and older.

Every participant is required to fill out a waiver before commencing the activity. Family and friends are more than welcome to come watch and take photos.
