Overview
The ultimate treat for horse lovers of all ages. Spend the whole day riding one of our ponies and learning all about horses.
The day begins with getting to know your horse or pony for the day by learning how to safely catch, groom and saddle up. Your instructor will coach you in the finer points of equitation to suit your level of previous experience.
After the morning riding session you will enjoy a hearty farmstyle lunch and then its back in the saddle to head out on the trail. We will take each rider on a trail that passes through native bushland along heritage bridle trails.
On return to the farm, the experience continues as you take part in the afternoon chores including grooming and feeding the horses.
Location
Joondalup (Perth - Western Australia)
This experience takes place in Marginiup , north of Perth near the suburb of Carramar 5mins from Wannneroo, 10 minutes from Joondalup and 30 minutes from Perth CBD.
Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.
Numbers
We allocate one instructor to 5 participants. Beginners receive one to one instruction for part of the day. The number of participants varies from day to day.
Session Time
The days activity starts at 10am and finishes approx 4.30pm. You will ride for approximately 3 hours in 2 sessions. The remainder of the day will be learning about caring for horses and ponies.
Guidelines & Restrictions
This activity is suitable for ages 8 years and above. No previous riding experience is needed as instruction will be tailored to individual requirements. Good health and average fitness will enable you to get the most out of the day of physical activity.
All staff are qualified with Australian Horse Riding Centres and/or Equestrian Federation of Australia and hold Working with Children Cards as well as St Johns Senior First Aid Certificates

Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
