Hunter Valley

Overview

A breathtaking 30 minute scenic flight enjoying the stunning views of the Lower Hunter Valley and its picturesque vineyards and coastline from the open cockpit of a classic biplane.

We take special requests so the flight is tailored to the individual. You are able to talk over headsets during the flight, so make the flight as mild or wild as you want it to be!

We supply each passenger with a soft flying helmet incorporating an electric intercom. Feel free to wear your sunglasses.

Location

Maitland (Hunter Valley - New South Wales)

Rutherford Airport, Maitland, Hunter Valley. This is a 2 hour drive north from Sydney.

Numbers

One person per flight - groups catered for. Make your flight last forever with a personalised DVD for $195. The DVD's are individually produced and professionally edited so please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery.

Session Time

Please allow 1 hour and 20 minutes of flying time. The rest of the time is spent on safety and flight briefing.

Guidelines & Restrictions

Ages 13 to 85 years. Flights undertaken are at the sole risk of the passenger. Flights are subject to weather, you will be contacted in the case of unsuitable weather. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes, long pants, rubber soled shoes, light jacket (heavier clothing during winter).

We encourage family and friends to attend. They will be able to watch your briefing as well as your flight. Make sure they bring their cameras to photograph your experience.

Booking Insurance

It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.

Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
